Our PE days are MONDAY and FRIDAY. Please bring your PE kit to school on these days. PE kit must be suitable for outdoor and indoor lessons.

Homework Expectations:

Children are set homework every Friday which is expected to be returned the following Friday.

Homework links to your child's learning in Maths and English.

Reading 

Children are expected to read at least 3 times a week. However, we recommend reading every day for 10 minutes. Please make sure to record when you have read to your child in their reading record.

Reading books are changed every Friday.  Also, library books will be changed every Friday.

Times tables

Children should be familiar with 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 times tables. We are starting to work on the 4 and 8 times tables. Children have a login for TT Rockstars to help them practise. Please support your child in doing this at least 3 times per week to help prepare them.

Spellings 

Spellings are practised every day. Even though spellings are not handed out each week, we encourage your child to practice the Year 3/4 spellings that they are expected to know by the end of Year 4.
