Children's Mental Health Week

During Children's Mental Health Week, we explored the importance of looking after our mental wellbeing and supporting one another. Pupils took part in a range of activities designed to promote positivity, mindfulness and self-regulation, including creating positive chalk messages on the playground, making breathing sticks to support calm breathing, completing mindful puzzles and colouring activities, and taking part in a positivity circle where we shared things we admire about the people around us.

These activities encouraged our children to reflect, connect with others and develop strategies to help them manage their emotions and wellbeing
