Teaching Assistant

Temporary for one year but the possibility of this becoming permanent

A1/B1 (starting salary £18,065 pro rata - £9.36 per hour)
Required for September 2019

 

Ashfield Primary School is a friendly, caring and inclusive school where all staff work hard to achieve the best for our children.
 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated person to join our school as a general Classroom Assistant from 8:45am to 3:30pm.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • be able to work well as part of a team;
  • have high expectations of the children in terms of achievement and behaviour;
  • have good literacy, numeracy, ICT and communication skills;
  • be able to demonstrate flexible working practises;
  • be able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff.

 

Experience of working with children with SENDis desirable.
